Named after the Italian word for sunset, Bar Tramonto is Mare Street Market’s Mediterranean aperitivo bar and terrace and it sits in exactly the right spot to earn the name. Catching the last rays of the day, the terrace draws inspiration from the laid-back bar culture of the Mediterranean coast, with a little influence from La Buvette in Paris and Bar Italia in Soho thrown in for good measure. The menu is concise and considered, natural wines, draft beer, slushies, pre-batched cocktails and snacks built from the deli counter. Think anchovy-loaded crisps, gildas, tinned fish with good bread, and a late-night coffee if you need one. Open every Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Drinks to stay or take away.
