This Valentine's Day at Island Is For The Lovers

This Valentine’s Day, we’re doing things a little differently. Less pressure, fewer rules, and more room for lovers, friends, and everyone in between.

When you’re booking in for a proper meal upstairs at Island, consider this your sign to linger, play, and make a day (or night) of it. The rumours are true and we are teaming up with a few friends to make this more than just a set menu!

More Than Just a Set Menu

To celebrate the launch of Island Valentine’s set menu, we’ve teamed up with friends from across Mare Street Market to create a dinner that’s equal parts romantic, playful, and just a little unexpected.

Every Valentine’s reservation at Island includes:

  • A four-course Valentine’s set menu
  • A photobooth snap to remember it by
  • A duet in the karaoke room (yes, really)

Bookings are live and available for lunch and dinner on the 13th and 14th of February.

The Menu

The four-course menu opens with fresh shucked oysters served with a jungle mignonette and a tequila refiller, followed by tuna and winter tomato tartare.

For the main event, you’ll share a T-bone steak and half lobster, served with turf roasties and your choice of peppercorn sauce or café de Paris butter, before finishing with a passionfruit Alaska to end on a high.

£80 per person. Optional Valentine’s cocktails and recommended wines will be available to order on the day.

Optional Extra's (Because Why Not?)

Flash Tattoos

Flowers, Of Course

Plantfull have curated two beautiful options: add a single rose to the table, or go all out with a hand-tied bouquet of fresh flowers.

A Friendly Rivalry

They Made This have included their famous playing cards – perfect for stirring things up between courses and learning something new about your date.
